Software Training

At Issue Technology, LLC, provides group and individualized software training in the following litigation support applications:

• Summation iBlaze (Summation Certified Trainer)
• Case Map/Time Map (CaseMap/Time Map Certified Trainer)
• Power Point
• Sanction II
• Excel

All training is focused on the specific needs of a litigation practice. Clients will learn how to apply software applications and features to every day litigation tasks so that they can improve work flow efficiency while maintaining a high quality work product. Clients will have the option to choose from a selection of task-oriented training modules, a standardized training plan, or request customized training plans to meet their needs.

Additionally, At Issue Technology, LLC, has developed a set of core competencies for both Summation iBlaze and Case Map that address the specific skills attorneys, paralegals, and other staff should master to be able to effectively use the software. These core competencies are woven into the training modules to ensure that clients learn the necessary skills during training sessions.
